The new Ultrapsport 3 meets the E-25 standard and can therefore be mounted and ridden on all suitable e-bikes up to 25km/h. For the construction of e-bike tires, Continental draws on 100 years of experience in the motorcycle and moped segment. With the high-quality construction, the E25 tires have high puncture protection, low rolling resistance and protection against premature wear, thanks to the additional driving force of the e-bike.

Pure Grip Compound
Based on the activated silica compound, we worked purposefully towards a compound technology in the performance segment. After intensive development work, the result of Continental's Korbacher research and development department brought about a new compound technology with excellent grip and cross-country skiing properties. The new rubber compound with the self-explanatory name PureGrip ranks behind Continental's BlackChili Compound and is used in performance products in the race and mountain bike segments. Here it ensures long-lasting traction and high mileage of Continental tires, which are exclusively manufactured in the production plant in Hefei (Asia).
