Hi guys,
I am a Russian bicyclist, from St.Petersburg. In June I plan to make a transbalkanic trip, in particular, cross Serbia. Planning much in advance, but "премити корпу у зими" (sorry for my bad Serbian language).
I do not like much the idea to follow exactly the Donauradweg, and I have an alternartive idea to follow channels - I enter Serbia from Hungary in Бачки Брег, and then follow Veliki Kanal and then Dunav-Tisa-Dunav kanal and this way arrive to Ram, avoiding Beograd suburbs (I myself live in a huge city and I would like to avoid crowded urbanistic places).
What are the places there from the point of view of cycling? Maybe there are dams along canals?
Thank you in advance for your assitance! Hvala vam unapred!
Please reply me in any language suitable for you, I am Russian, but I also speak good Polish and some basic Bulgarian and Serbian, so I will understand anyway.
